He advises clients on merger notification filings, investigations, and settlement negotiations before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (“CADE”), as well as on competition advocacy initiatives. Prior to joining TG&N, Vinícius gained experience at CADE, where he worked on matters related to the enforcement against anticompetitive conduct and developed a solid understanding of Brazilian competition law.
